Went to a vintage fair :)

So Saturday I went to a vintage fair with my Mum and her friend from work, we all managed to get something :).

I bought a cream with brown vertical stripes 1940s tea dress and a reproduced navy wrap skirt.

I was a bit disappointed, not as many stores & stalls as the advertisement made it look like. My tea dress was bought from just outside the fair in an underground shop. I was in a dream in this underground shop, after only finding a pair of cat eye glasses that cost £15, far too much for a pair of glasses that I wouldn't be wearing a lot and a dress that didn't do up as the zip was stuck, I cheered up considerably!

I did find a 1960s Mod dress but mums friend got there first lol. This shop had a beautiful amount of true vintage clothes. Originals, the whole feel of the shop was great, I found lots but unfortunately the only this that fitted was my tea dress. But I came away a very happy bunny at only paying £15 for the dress, which I know I shall be wearing at every opportunity!

We are thinking that the fair was a let down due to it being the summer and having some people away, so we are going to go back on another time and see if its better.

Inactivity....

So my blog has been very in active for a while.....

I am now back to posting!
